Workshop Overview
Having your own in-house trainers can save your business valuable time and money and enables your team to create bespoke training courses aligned to your business strategy. Our People 1st Licensed programme is internationally recognised and will teach your trainers how to design and deliver effective, interactive training sessions to groups of people, and tailor it for individuals. Providing them team with everything they need to deliver effective 21st century learner-led training.

The programme would also support people who are being trained to deliver pre-written training programmes.

What does it cover?
The 5 Day Programme will focus on group delivery with a section acknowledging the changes that are required for 121 interactions. The programme covers:

• Developing Training Content
• Delivering Training
• Assessing Learners
• Reflecting
• Measuring
Participants will be assessed by writing a short session plan which they will be required to deliver as a microteach to their peers.
